The Oxford Premium Hotgrips are the latest in a thirty-year quest to find the best solution for warm hands in the worst conditions. These grips focus specifically on ATVs and are therefore suitable for quads. Besides these ATV types, other models focus on different types of riding preferences: touring, sports, retro, adventure, and cruiser.
In addition to being nice and warm, the ATV grips are equipped with an ergonomic surface consisting of different structures. Comfort, feel, grip and control are all there, which is important on an adventure quad or all-terrain vehicle. Wear resistance and good vibration-absorbing qualities make these grips a very good choice, even without their built-in heating capability. Each grip is 130 mm long, with an open end to allow for installing handlebar weights or handguards. The length is easily trimmed, down to 121 mm, should you feel the need. The grips will fit all handlebar diameters up to 22 mm. Power consumption is less than 4 A per pair.
A weatherproof controller, to be mounted on your handlebars, allows for easy control and monitoring of the heat setting. You can see at a glance which of the five settings you are currently using. Should you forget to turn if off after your ride - while in a rush to get inside, where it's warm - the Hotgrips Premium will do it for you, thanks to the Battery Saving Mode. There's no need to install a power-saving relay either, as this handlebar heater only switches on when there's enough power and energy to do so. That normally means: when the engine is running.
Mounting and installing the Premium Hotgrips is easy. Just connect the cable to the battery and smoothly slide the grips onto the handlebars. Everything you need for this - including the metal bracket for the controller - is included as standard.
It goes without saying that you should read through the instruction booklet first, and that having heated grips doesn't mean you can ride without your protective gloves.

- Items must be returned in the original, and undamaged, manufacturer's packaging.
- Items contained within this packaging must be in original condition.
- Items must be received to Bikers Wear within 10 Working days of being shipped.
- Part numbers on the returned items must be legible and undamaged.
- Bikers Wear will refuse the return of any helmet 7 days after delivery, except in the instance of a warranty issue.
- Helmet returns will not be accepted if the helmet has been worn, scratched or damaged in any way. If we believe that the shell of the helmet has been compromised in any way, we will not accept the return.
- Helmet exchanges are reviewed on a case by case basis and are not approved until assessed by a member of our Online Sales Team and deemed resalable.
- Bikers Wear recommends that if you are making a first-time helmet purchase, that you visit a local dealer to be measured and fitted correctly by a professional. If you do not have a local dealer, feel free to call us, we'd be happy to assist you over the phone.
- Freight charges incurred in returning goods to Bikers Wear will be at the customer's expense, with exception to faulty items, items returned under warranty, and items received as a result of our error. In these cases, a prepaid Australia Post postage label will be supplied.
- Should we deem a returned item to not be resalable, we reserve the right to charge return postage costs.
EXCHANGE/RETURN TIME FRAME
- Bikers Wear asks that you allow up to 5 business days for us to process and ship your exchange or process your refund once your return has been received in store.
- For refunds, 3 to 5 business days should be allowed from the date Bikers Wear initiates refund. (Some delays may be experienced by movement of funds between various financial institutions)

Please see the details below for things to avoid ensuring your return will be accepted:
- When returning Boots please ensure you do not stand on sharp objects or damage/mark the boots sole, do not ride with them as your return may not be accepted. Remember if your boots do not fit properly or feel comfortable on your floor at home, they will feel exactly the same on the bike.
- For Women purchasing helmets we ask them you’re please remove their makeup prior to trying the fitment. Your makeup will stain the cheek pads and in some cases, your return may not be accepted.
- Please make sure that all returning clothing items are from marks, stains, dog or cat hair, and rips as they may not be accepted for return if received damaged (unless faulty).
- When checking any spares parts please use due diligence in checking correct fitment before removing them from the packaging. Items like chains will be accepted for a return once they have been removed from their clear plastic package. It is recommended to you check the new item to the old item prior to removing it from the manufacturer's packaging. We do understand that in some cases this will be unavoidable.

RETURN POLICY
You have 60 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Your item must be in the original packaging.
RETURN PROCESS
1. Please Send an Email to sales.bikerswear@gmail.com titled with Return + Your Order Number. Please specify the reason of your return.
2. Our customer service team will reply to you in 24 hours. We will verify with you the return request.
3. Once we get your confirmation, we will send you the return instructions.
4. Please pack all the returned items securely, along with a print-off of your confirmation of purchase email, and a note specifying your RMA number securely in a box.
5. Once all the above steps complete, we will start the refund process.
REFUND POLICY
1. If you return because you receive damaged product, we will issue full refund including shipping cost.
2. If you return based on other reason than damaged goods, we will refund you the product price, but we will not cover the shipping fee.
