Goods to be returned to us within 60 days from date of delivery & 7 days for helmets.

  • Items must be returned in the original, and undamaged, manufacturer's packaging.
  • Items contained within this packaging must be in original condition.
  • Items must be received to Bikers Wear within 10 Working days of being shipped.
  • Part numbers on the returned items must be legible and undamaged.

 

  1. Bikers Wear will refuse the return of any helmet 7 days after delivery, except in the instance of a warranty issue.
  2. Helmet returns will not be accepted if the helmet has been worn, scratched or damaged in any way. If we believe that the shell of the helmet has been compromised in any way, we will not accept the return.
  3. Helmet exchanges are reviewed on a case by case basis and are not approved until assessed by a member of our Online Sales Team and deemed resalable.
  4. Bikers Wear recommends that if you are making a first-time helmet purchase, that you visit a local dealer to be measured and fitted correctly by a professional. If you do not have a local dealer, feel free to call us, we'd be happy to assist you over the phone.
  5. Freight charges incurred in returning goods to Bikers Wear will be at the customer's expense, with exception to faulty items, items returned under warranty, and items received as a result of our error. In these cases, a prepaid Australia Post postage label will be supplied.
  6. Should we deem a returned item to not be resalable, we reserve the right to charge return postage costs.


EXCHANGE/RETURN TIME FRAME

  1. Bikers Wear asks that you allow up to 5 business days for us to process and ship your exchange or process your refund once your return has been received in store.
  2. For refunds, 3 to 5 business days should be allowed from the date Bikers Wear initiates refund. (Some delays may be experienced by movement of funds between various financial institutions)
  3. (Time periods for items being returned to us can vary depending on your location, and shipping method you choose. Please allow us extra time to process your refund/exchange in this case).
  • Please see the details below for things to avoid ensuring your return will be accepted:

  1. When returning Boots please ensure you do not stand on sharp objects or damage/mark the boots sole, do not ride with them as your return may not be accepted. Remember if your boots do not fit properly or feel comfortable on your floor at home, they will feel exactly the same on the bike.
  2. For Women purchasing helmets we ask them you’re please remove their makeup prior to trying the fitment. Your makeup will stain the cheek pads and in some cases, your return may not be accepted.
  3. Please make sure that all returning clothing items are from marks, stains, dog or cat hair, and rips as they may not be accepted for return if received damaged (unless faulty).
  4. When checking any spares parts please use due diligence in checking correct fitment before removing them from the packaging. Items like chains will be accepted for a return once they have been removed from their clear plastic package. It is recommended to you check the new item to the old item prior to removing it from the manufacturer's packaging. We do understand that in some cases this will be unavoidable.
