Rigorously designed and tested for Australian and NZ motorcyclists, the MiVue™ Rider DC helmet camera delivers recording capabilities front and rear to meet every rider’s needs. With a 4 Mega Pixel CMOS sensor, it records in dual channel front and rear in true 2.5K Quad HD at 30fps and very high speed footage can also be captured at 60fps at 1080P Full HD. You can also record time-lapse videos (two hours condensed down to minutes) that you can share with mates, even on the go.

Using the MiVue™ Pro Companion App, you’ll get your ride overview on a map with GPS tagging (location and speed embedded in the video and it can be turned off completely) and the ability to also export and share your awesome rides as a GPX file. This high-quality dash cam is completely weatherproof with IP67 rating and has a long-lasting 3200mAh rechargeable battery with up to 4.5 hours of continuous recording. It also has Super MP4 recording that is written on the memory card every two seconds, minimising chances of data loss.

The built-in 3-Axis G-sensor automatically triggers event recording (i.e. a hard save of footage) if you fall from your bike or if there is sudden change in motion or impact. The dash cam locks tidily and securely onto the helmet via a strong adhesive mount with built-in magnetic sensors and combined with the G- sensor that also acts as an on/off switch.

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. Items can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery.

Goods to be returned to us within 30 days from date of delivery & 7 days for helmets.

  • Items must be returned in the original, and undamaged, manufacturer's packaging.
  • Items contained within this packaging must be in original condition.
  • Items must be received to Bikers Wear within 10 Working days of being shipped.
  • Part numbers on the returned items must be legible and undamaged.
  1. Bikers Wear will refuse the return of any helmet 7 days after delivery, except in the instance of a warranty issue.
  2. Helmet returns will not be accepted if the helmet has been worn, scratched or damaged in any way. If we believe that the shell of the helmet has been compromised in any way, we will not accept the return.
  3. Helmet exchanges are reviewed on a case by case basis and are not approved until assessed by a member of our Online Sales Team and deemed resalable.
  4. Bikers Wear recommends that if you are making a first-time helmet purchase, that you visit a local dealer to be measured and fitted correctly by a professional. If you do not have a local dealer, feel free to call us, we'd be happy to assist you over the phone.
  5. Freight charges incurred in returning goods to Bikers Wear will be at the customer's expense, with exception to faulty items, items returned under warranty, and items received as a result of our error. In these cases, a prepaid Australia Post postage label will be supplied.
  6. Should we deem a returned item to not be resalable, we reserve the right to charge return postage costs.


EXCHANGE/RETURN TIME FRAME

  1. Bikers Wear asks that you allow up to 5 business days for us to process and ship your exchange or process your refund once your return has been received in store.
  2. For refunds, 3 to 5 business days should be allowed from the date Bikers Wear initiates refund. (Some delays may be experienced by movement of funds between various financial institutions)
  3. (Time periods for items being returned to us can vary depending on your location, and shipping method you choose. Please allow us extra time to process your refund/exchange in this case).


  4. Terms and Conditions:

    All items sent back for exchange or refund:

    • Must be returned in the original condition with all tags attached (unless faulty). 
    • Any packaged goods must be returned with the packaging in its original condition or it may not be accepted (unless faulty).
    • Items must be received back to our warehouse in their original condition - unworn, unwashed, with all tags still attached. The original packaging must also be in original condition. Please do not stick anything to shoe boxes or Helmet Boxes.
    • We do not accept returns on clearance items. These products will be clearly marked as clearance.
    • Once the Product Received at the warehouse of Bikers Wear, after product examination the value of your goods will be refunded only, not postage charges.
    • All returns are at the cost of the Buyer. Unless you received a faulty or wrong product in that case, Bikers Wear will cover all shipping expenses.
  • Please see the details below for things to avoid ensuring your return will be accepted:

  1. When returning Boots please ensure you do not stand on sharp objects or damage/mark the boots sole, do not ride with them as your return may not be accepted. Remember if your boots do not fit properly or feel comfortable on your floor at home, they will feel exactly the same on the bike.
  2. For Women purchasing helmets we ask them you’re please remove their makeup prior to trying the fitment. Your makeup will stain the cheek pads and in some cases, your return may not be accepted.
  3. Please make sure that all returning clothing items are from marks, stains, dog or cat hair, and rips as they may not be accepted for return if received damaged (unless faulty).
  4. When checking any spares parts please use due diligence in checking correct fitment before removing them from the packaging. Items like chains will be accepted for a return once they have been removed from their clear plastic package. It is recommended to you check the new item to the old item prior to removing it from the manufacturer's packaging. We do understand that in some cases this will be unavoidable.

    Shipping times can be affected due to unforeseen circumstances and some packages could be delayed, if this happens, we will contact you to let you know of the potential delay in delivery.

    Once the package has been shipped it is no longer in our hands and we do not have control over delivery, if however, packages need redirection or anything else then we will communicate with postal services to make any changes necessary. 

    We use Australia Post E-parcel for most of our shipping and Bikers Wear will not accept accountability for ANY lost, damaged, stolen or pet destroyed orders.

    If you have not received your package after the delivery time elapsed, please contact us and reference your order number so we can track down your shipment.

    All shipments include tracking and will be sent via email or SMS once we have shipped your product/s. Some orders might require multiple shipments and if this happens you will have additional tracking sent once the product has been shipped.
